These terms cover the Finlyt closed beta. By joining the beta you agree to them. They are written in English, and the English text governs.
A seat in the closed beta: access to Finlyt, free of charge, for one year from the day your seat is confirmed. Seats are limited and are given out in the order people join.
We ask for card details when you take a seat, through Stripe. Nothing is charged during the beta year, and we never see your card number — Stripe stores it. If a paid plan follows the beta, we will ask you again before charging anything.
Finlyt reads bank transactions and invoices you give it access to, and prepares figures for the Dutch VAT return (OB 400E). It does not move money, and it does not file returns with the Belastingdienst.
The figures it prepares are a draft for you to check. You remain responsible for what you file and for the accuracy of your own bookkeeping. Finlyt is not an accountant and does not give tax advice.
This is unfinished software. It may be unavailable, it may be wrong, and features may change or disappear. We give no warranty beyond what Dutch law requires of us.
Keep your sign-in to yourself. Do not use Finlyt to break the law or to process other people's data without the right to do so. We may suspend an account that does.
Your data stays yours. You can ask us to export it or delete it at any time; see the privacy policy.
You can leave whenever you like. We can end the beta, or your seat in it, with reasonable notice — and will tell you how to get your data out before we do.
We are liable only as far as Dutch law makes us. We are not liable for indirect loss, including tax penalties arising from figures you did not check.
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
